Deep Cleaning (Monthly or as Needed)

Gently wipe each flower and leaf with a damp cloth using lukewarm water. Avoid soaking the fabric.

Use a mild soap solution for stubborn dirt, but ensure no residue is left behind.

Let the arrangement air-dry completely before placing it back.

UV Protection

Keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Avoid Excessive Heat or Humidity

Position the arrangement in a climate-controlled area, away from heat sources like radiators or fireplaces.

Avoid placing arrangements in areas of high humidity, as it can damage or warp the silk material over time.

Handle with Care

When moving or adjusting the arrangement, handle the stems gently to avoid bending or breaking them.

Ensure the arrangement is on a stable surface to prevent falls that may damage the flowers or vase.

Refresh the Shape

Periodically fluff or reshape the flowers and leaves to maintain their natural appearance.

If flowers become slightly crushed, use steam from a distance (without soaking) to restore their shape. Be cautious not to overheat.

Storage Tips (if needed)

Store unused arrangements in a cool, dry place.

Place them in a sturdy box with protective wrapping to prevent dust accumulation and accidental crushing.

Inspect for Wear

Regularly inspect the arrangement for signs of wear, such as frayed edges or fading, and replace individual flowers or leaves as needed.

At this time, our orchids are only available for pickup or local delivery within the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area.

Accidents happen- if there is damage to your arrangement upon arrival, please send pictures of both the arrangement and packaging to stephanie@soieamour.com to discuss replacement options.
