At Soie Amour, every arrangement is handcrafted with care and designed to bring lasting beauty to your space. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns.

Damaged Items

We take great pride in the quality of our work and the care taken in packaging each order. If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and its packaging.

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the damaged item at no additional cost.
